5 out of 5 starsGreat harness, love that it has both top clip and front clip, and that it is nicely padded so that it doesn't chafe. What I love the most though is that there are 3 adjustable sections, most harnesses you can only adjust the neck and around the chest, but this one you can adjust the middle too, which is nice because my dog is skinny but long and tall. Definitely recommend!

1 out of 5 stars*WARNING NO RETURNS ALLOWED* This leash has a blaring design flaw. Paying this✊🏻 much for a leash (triple the price of many others online), one might want a quality product design and quality customer service. Instead, because of a inefficient 360 clasp and different colored underside, i got a leash that just flat out does not match the color of the “matching” harness. And then i got a lame “tough luck no returns” reply. What a waste of money. Do not buy theses leashes if you think they will match your harness. A different colored underside will constantly be what you and others see. Terrible design. I would post a picture but they wont let me for a 1 star review 🤷♂️

3 out of 5 starsThe material is great and well made, but the “metal” part of the collar appears to be cheap material. Within three days it is completely scratched and the engraving is so light my phone number is no longer visible. Disappointed with the quality for the price I paid.

Hi Kim, Thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear that you think the collar is well made! Regarding the buckle, we use high-quality, German-made buckles which are the gold standard for leading designer dog collars. While this isn't an issue we've heard of previously, we will take note of your feedback and pass it along to the hardware manufacturer as well. It is possible that external circumstances such as any additional large metal dog tags could have affected the finish, or friction with hard elements, which can affect the finish of any metal product. 5 out of 5 starsI purchased this for my dog who absolutely hates harnesses that go on over the head and who jumps on people when he's excited (which is all the time). This harness has helped with both of those issues--he can step into it, and I can use the front clip to discourage jumping. As a bonus, it also looks very nice!

5 out of 5 starsWe love this harness! It matches the collar we got and is super easy to get on and our dog doesn’t seem to mind it on walks. The hardware is a little big for our small 14-lb Westie’s leash, but that’s not a big deal. Would definitely purchase from Danes & Divas again!!

When will my purchase ship?
We work hard to ship orders within 1-2 weeks with up to 3 weeks for engraving
> US-bound orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS
> Canadian orders will be shipped via Canada Post

United States: 5-10 business days

Returns + Cancellations
As each item is tailor-made to your specifications, all sales are final.
Cancellations are not possible after 24 hours. After 24 hours has passed, orders enter production.
Damage to product from excessive
scratching, chewing, tearing or environmental factors such as fading are not eligible for replacement.
Damage to buckles due to pet lifestyle, such as but not limited to scratching, pitting, gouging from the your pet or external elements will not constitute for a free replacement or refund but may be sent to Danes & Divas for repair at a nominal fee of parts and labour TBD plus return shipping both ways, covered by the buyer which will be invoiced via Etsy Private List

Queries on Lost Mail
Please first check with your local post office or community mail box for the shipment. Often your parcel will be there.
If your order is missing and you have a tracking number, please speak with a service representative from the postal company, request an investigation to see if the parcel can be retrieved or if it is eligible for reimbursement.
Note: We do not offer refunds on lost shipments. If the postal company cannot reimburse you, we may offer a replacement at 50% off the original retail price. This is handled on a case-by-case basis.

Care for your Danes & Divas items as you would with your favourite designer item
Please note that no collar is indestructible.
To extend the longevity of your pet's new outfit, we recommend alternating them with another item throughout the year (just as with your favourite top or pair of shoes) to reduce the wear and tear on the one item significantly.
Wear and tear will depend on your pup's unique lifestyle (and their pawdicures!).
Our items are carefully crafted designer pieces that look fabulous when cared for properly.
Alternating between two to three of your pet's favourite collars throughout the year along with inspecting regularly for wear and tear of material and hardware components is recommended to ensure the safety of your pup and extend the life of your pet's bespoke outfit.
Care instructions
FOR DESIGNER COTTON & LINEN FABRIC COLLARS, HARNESSES AND LEASHES:
Washing: Gently hand wash as needed with a mild detergent, warm water and lay flat to dry for best results.
Thoroughly dry off all metal components with a soft cloth after washing but before setting out to dry.
Some items may have more specific care instructions such as spot cleaning, though this will be noted within the item description if applicable.
Pressing: If wrinkled, press as needed by adjusting the collar or harness straps to their largest settings. With the fabric-side facing up, spritz with water, cover straps with a press cloth or tea towel and gently press each strap with a steam iron for a few second each. Repeat as needed.
Fees on unauthorized returns/return-to-sender/incorrect mailing address
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If a parcel is returned to us as a result of an incorrect mailing address, you will need to provide us with a correct mailing address and and pay an additional shipping fee to resend.
Unauthorized returns from the US will incur a $6.00 handling fee as charged by our international courier as well as an additional 20% stocking fee.
Any duties and taxes that are incurred in receiving an unauthorized US return will be deducted from any applicable refund amount along with an additional 20% stocking fee.
Any unauthorized returns from Canada that incur return-to-sender fees as charged by Canada Post on receipt will be deducted from any applicable refund along with a 20% stocking fee.
